Were growing The primary function of the National Sales Marketer is to recruit prospective independent insurance agents as well as service existing independent insurance agents by providing them with the highest level of support and expertise..
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
:Calling prospective insurance agents in a designated market area to explain types of services or products offered by MAS.
:Informs current and prospective agents of Carrier availability, new or upgraded products and current incentive promotions.
:Strong focus on working with existing client base to offer training opportunities and strategies for increased sales.
:Provide a high level of support for all existing client base to include assistance with Agency development and sales growth.
:Follow up with agents to ensure satisfaction, respond to inquiries, build sales and solve issues.
:Customer Service : Able to manage difficult client situations; responds promptly to client needs; solicits feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
:Interpersonal Skills : Maintains confidentiality; listens to others to identify opportunities or assist with problem resolution; keeps emotions under control.
:Oral Communication : Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
:Teamwork : Gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; supports everyones efforts to succeed.
:Motivation : Sets and achieves challenging goals; demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; measures self against standard of excellence.
Planning/Organizing : Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently. Adept at using phone, Email and social media to reach out to prospective insurance agents.
:Licensed Insurance Agent : license is recommended but not required.
