If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are nimble to change while working in a team oriented environment, take a closer look at Milo’s Tea.The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) supports the development and execution of marketing programs for new and existing products and is responsible for continuous analysis to support brand initiatives. The ABM analyzes retailer, industry, and consumer data to identify issues and opportunities to assist the Brand Manager in the development of strategic initiatives to launch new products, develop new markets and achieve brand goals. Responsibilities:Support and execute Sales and Marketing Department initiatives in the development of product strategies across the brand to drive sales growth and create consumer awareness and loyalty.Assist with the ownership and expertise on the development of new products.Maintain close familiarity with category, competitive, consumer, and key retailer new products.Contributes to regular analysis of products, markets and customers, successfully communicating key drivers of performance and areas of opportunity.Supports sales and marketing efforts in the development and delivery of presentations to communicate brand, product and market launches.Provides timely, comprehensive analysis (including ROI) of marketing, sampling and advertising activities. Assists the Brand Manager in developing marketing strategies and initiatives.Provides monthly IRI updates to Sales Team.Effectively analyzes Milo’s data and brand share as compared to competitors to identify key drivers.Plans appropriately through each stage of the product development process to ensure adequate depth/resources to meet sales objectives.Develops in-depth market and brand analysis to drive relevance and loyalty to our brands.Consistently analyzes sales to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic insights to increase sales performance.Engages with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and retail availability of products.Maintains full understanding of the competitive environment to assess impact on business.Occasional Overnight TravelQualifications:Professionalism Excellent organizational skillsForward thinker Detail orientedExcellent spelling and grammar Excellent decision makingHigh level of initiative and assertiveness Pleasant, Outgoing Personality Strong leadership and collaboration skills Ability to balance multiple projects Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced knowledge of working in Excel and Powerpoint required. Experience in CPG manufacturing, syndicated data sources (such as Nielsen/IRI), retailer proprietary systems (Retail Link, POL, OnDemand) and Photoshop preferred.
