Title: Affordable Housing Portfolio Manager Location: Alabama-Birmingham Other Locations: Prepares credit approval presentations and guides transactions through the loan approval process. Conducts a thorough assessment of a loan''s real estate collateral, including site visits, a thorough market analysis, and an assessment of a project''s sources and uses of funds. Prepares the cash flow analysis for income-producing properties, based on historical operating statements, appraisal information, the borrower''s pro forma information, and market data for comparable properties. Prepares global sponsor analyses and relationship strategies. 3 to 5 years of commercial banking experience required, some experience with Section 42 lending and LIHTC investments preferred. College degree required, preferably in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics. Additional Details: Preparation of approval documents for new and existing loans and tax credit equity investments; assists in guiding transactions through the approval process for Affordable Housing. Prepares detailed cash flow analyses for tax credit properties.
