* Initiates contact with hospitals in specific territory to generate prospective sales. Follow up with positive leads.

* Builds and maintains a thorough understanding of TRUMPF's product and service portfolio.

* Responsible for coordination of scheduling with area manager and home office for customer trials, site visits, and customer in-servicing, and completes appropriate paperwork required.

* Complete customer needs analysis and develop quotes with regard paid to TRUMPF's profit margins.

* Plans and attends tradeshows and other events to support expansion of the business.

* Assists with training for new employees and distributors in all facets of TRUMPF products.

* Assists service manager in compiling as much data as possible in the field to enhance installation process.

* Reports territory statistics and sales results to manager on an established basis.

* Responsible for a project from inception to completion.

* Provides on a regular basis market information; including competition, new procedures/techniques, products, etc.

* Bachelor's Degree

* Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiating skills with thorough product knowledge.

* Full understanding of the procedures of the company.

* Ability to be persuasive with customers and establish contacts within the hospital departments.

* Ability to make presentations to various groups with regard to TRUMPF's products.
