As the Telesales Manager, New Client Acquisition you will be responsible for the day:to:day front:line leadership of your assigned team of Telesales representatives. Your team will be responsible for prospecting and closing small and medium businesses (SMB) who are not currently customers of YP products and services.
: Translate overall sales strategy and objectives into industry vertical:based goals, development plans and pipeline throughput standards for each sales rep.
: Create, share, and continuously improve the outbound telesales playbook that directs activities of the Telesales Reps and results in the target:level productivity.
: Provide on:demand, side:by:side coaching for the Telesales Reps to ensure they are performing at or above standards or making progress toward performing at levels.
: Be on the floor the majority of the time to observe, help and lead.
: Use real:time, appropriate and effective motivational techniques such as daily huddles, score boarding, contests, and one:to:one direction
: Partner with Sales Ops, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business partners in hiring and on boarding new team members. Participate in employment branding activities within the organization and local community.
: Identify early indicators of success or gaps against budget/forecasts based on the regular analysis, and engage in necessary action to scale or address, respectively.
: Pull, collate, prepare, and present sales results readouts to various levels of the organization, including executive stakeholders.
: Collaborate with other adjacent teams, such as Marketing, Sales Ops, and CXO to keep YP competitive in the industry and on a growth trajectory.
: Fearlessly share ideas that can improve YP through well researched and thoughtful communication.
: Represent YP to external constituencies in a positive light, by behaving with integrity and professionalism at all times.
: Bachelor Degree in business related field or equivalent experience
: 5 years of consistent and continuous execution in a sales or sales leadership role
: Direct people management with strong record of people development
