Learn more below.Objectives Assist with the weekly preliminary CCR and month:end CCR processes.Practice the risk quality and review processes as established by the LLR Group.Verify charge off and non:accrual status to minimize losses (less complex analysis)Provide charge off and status change transactions to loan hubs.Monitor performance of internal controls and validations for the ALLL unit.Ensure accuracy and data integrity.Perform ALLL controls and processAssist in the development of ALLL calculation and management adjustmentsAssist in the integration of new accounting modelsPrepare reporting to executive management and third parties Essential Duties Presentation Slides / Reports / Analysis / ProcessProvides comprehensive assessment and reporting for management and segmented departments regarding ALLL requested transactions. This includes summarized information as well as detail information when necessary.CCR aggregation.Charge Off and REO transfers. Non Accrual / Back to Accrual transfers.Data mining.RA:CCR variances.CLO research analysis.ALNOVA / CNET loan level research.Excel spreadsheetsGraph presentationsSOX testingALLL Total Bank and LOB ResultsSEC ReportingTDRsEtc. Communication Maintain communication with LOB, loan hubs, collection areas and others to:Resolve any operational or process issuesi.e. incorrect charge off amounts.Discuss transaction reports, etc.Ensure compliance of all SOX and ALLL policies and procedures.Collect and consolidate all relative documentation from CLO or LOB to support credit transaction.Coordinate and comply with requests from external and internal areas such as fed exams, audit, etc. Reporting Tools Data extraction and risk reporting by use of:RADB or Risk AnalysisSAT (ASC 310) / toolCRDBMobiusMicrosoft Office (including Access)SQL or SASAmong othersRequired Qualifications Education BachelorA?s Degree with a preferred major in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. Amount and type of prior experience3 to 5 or more years of experience in credit (lending, underwriting, loan review) or in financeStrong database managementStrong analysis capacity Skills (knowledge) CreditData Mining and Reporting (Access, SQL or SAS)Proficient in Microsoft Office, including knowledge in Access.
