Learn more below.Position is within a team responsible for supporting the evaluation, installation, use and administration of tools and scorecards used by the Wholesale Risk area of the Bank. This position will also support the business unit and overall bank strategic initiatives relating to wholesale credit risk management to include (1) reviewing and implementing process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques, (2) providing guidance and support to projects that increase processing efficiency, or increase productivity, (3) effectively focusing on process management with an emphasis on high quality service and productivity and (4) effectively utilizing teamwork and leadership behaviors. This position will work with the internal teams and external vendors to (1) champion his/her assigned scorecards with consideration to enhancments and new developments (2) take a leadership role in scorecard model owner assessments, results monitoring, and issuance of scorecard guidance (3) support testing of the scorecard platform and (4) support the overall development and design of the tool including documentation.Responsible for following established guidelines and identifying and resolving problems. Individuals at this level are expected to use independence of thought as well as handle complex problems. Individuals would be expected to contribute to work flow or process change and redesign, and to form a strong basic understanding of the specific function. May also be accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner. BachelorA?s degree, with MBA degree preferred, or 2: 5 years of experience. Specific DutiesIdentify, measure and manage risk issuesDocument risk issues, recommendations, and decisionsUndertake the average complexity projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledgeMake well:thought:out decisions to mitigate typical credit risk issuesEnsure high:level integration of risk policies and standards in applicationsIdentify, evaluate, and lead technical analyses to ensure credit risk requirements are metEvaluating sources of action and proposed business decisions;Conducting research to assess the severity of risk;Presenting ideas via reports and presentations, outlining findings and making recommendations for improvements;Using specialized risk tools (RiskAnalyst) to support the business;Familiarity with accounting requirements; Job Requirements Working understanding of regulatory requirements and mandated compliance processesExperience with both Waterfall and Agile Methodology a plusExperience in Commercial, CRE or WMG Underwriting an assetMust be eager to learn and work with a limited level of guidance
