Compiling and processing payroll data, garnishments, and taxes, maintaining payroll records, and calculating payrolls for multi:states by performing the following duties.Processing bi:weekly payroll for multi:states. Computation of pay according to company policy.Enter direct deposit and paycard information Enter address changes.Enter federal and state tax changes. Reviews payroll to ensure accuracy. Research payroll errors and issues.Review tax agency notices, rates and errors.Assists with garnishments Process off:cycle payrolls Assists in all areas of the payroll department as needed.Protect the companyA?s assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures, and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
