Identifies, evaluates, and resolves employee relations and work performance issues within the Hibbett Wholesale Inc. (HWI) facility : Facilitates ongoing improvement in overall communication, employee relations, workplace conduct, and work performance. Consults and advises the supervisors and managers to determine effective remediation techniques, such as job skill training to resolve employee relations issues among personnel. Acts as the central HR contact for all IT projects and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) connected to Hibbett Wholesale, Inc. Collaborates with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures. Acts as the final decision maker in conjunction with the Hibbett Wholesale, Inc. management team regarding the resolution of employee relations matters involving Hibbett Wholesale, Inc. Directly responsible for investigating and resolving Ethics and Compliance complaints Establishes the talent acquisition strategy and determines best practices for proactively sourcing candidates for Hibbett Wholesale, Inc. Oversees the onboarding process for Hibbett Wholesale, Inc. and makes the final determination concerning the background check process (criminal history reports, etc) and makes recommendations on proper course of action. Accountable for and ensures that Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and compliance are met for Hibbett Wholesale, Inc. Protect the companyA?s assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures, and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
