The ideal candidate should have the ability to review and organize medical records, preparation of discovery, pleadings and other miscellaneous legal documents; have the ability to assist lawyers throughout all phases of litigation including pre-trial investigation, trial preparation and post-trial appeals when necessary. Must be able to work with a diversified group of individuals and practices. Strong communication and organizational skills and multitasking are necessary.

Job Requirements

Must have a bachelor’s degree and 7 + years of current litigation experience; stable work history, proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Summation experience.
