The Recruiter reports to the Vice President : Human Resources and is responsible for recruiting and hiring activities, compliance reporting relative to recruiting and hiring activities and other projects as assigned. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all functions in the company, a basic understanding of the companys organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices are essential. Special focus will be placed on:Recruitment Activities:Analyze open requisitions and work with hiring managers to advertise the vacancy through appropriate channels.Monitor prospective candidates, assist hiring managers to conduct interviews when required and aide in determining the suitability of applicants for employment.Analyze, track and work to improve minority headcount as appropriate for the organization.Act as liaison with recruiting and staffing agencies when pliance:Track, maintain and report on recruiting and hiring activities, ensuring that hiring remains in compliance with federal regulations on EEO and Affirmative Action.Review all I9s, process them via eVerify.and maintain records as needed in compliance with federal and state laws. BachelorA?s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 3:5+ years of experience in a role with exposure to the required job functions.Ability to successfully complete the pre:employment processes.
