Position Objective: Represents Revere in a positive, trustworthy manner to help encourage a sense of excitement about the Company; Vital that this person helps with employee development. This person performs a variety of routine and complex clerical, technical, and administrative work in administering various components of the personnel system of the company, including job analysis, compensation analysis, labor relations, and training; performs a variety of administrative and technical work in completing paperwork and in providing employee assistance regarding various employee benefits, including life, health, dental, and disability insurances, retirement plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and unemployment plans; supervises Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator and Recruiter.
Salary will be completely based on experience, but we do offer very competitive salary and benefit compensation packages.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
:To be responsible for Human Resources Management for all Company locations, including employee relations, training and organizational development, safety and environmental, and compensation and benefit administration
:To provide executive management information and recommendations in development of company Human
Resources/Personnel policies; to provide professional Human
Resources/Personnel management advice to supervisors and managers
:To oversee existing Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs and to regularly review and update them as deemed necessary; to develop and administer Human Resources operating procedures in accordance with established policies
:To manage and supervise Human Resources staff and establish work procedures and assignments to improve efficiency and effectiveness of departmental operations
:To review proposed salary actions to ensure conformance with established guidelines and policies
:To gather information within the labor market to determine competitive wage rates; to analyze and develop compensation structures or plans and present options and proposals for consideration to executive management
:To review proposals for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment
:To assist in the administration of the employee performance appraisal system
:To represent the company at personnel:related hearings and investigations
:To prepare and distribute written and verbal information to inform employees of benefit programs, such as insurance plans, retirement plans, paid time off, bonus pay, and special employer:sponsored activities
:To analyze existing benefits policies of the company and prevailing practices among similar organizations; to establish or recommend competitive benefits programs
:To evaluate services, coverage, and options available through insurance and investment companies to determine programs best meeting the needs of the company; to recommend benefit plan changes to management
:To notify employees of changes in benefit programs
:To make presentations to supervisors, boards, commissions, and committees as assigned
:To keep the Companys Core Values in mind and on hand at all times
:To care about people, finding the balance between the Companys requirements and personnels needs
:To be fair in all dealings with personnel
