Job Description:/h3:
Summary Job Statement: Supports Human Resources team by performing the following duties:
Responsibilities:
*Create job postings for open requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System.
*Research, analyze, and present data as assigned: ex: weekly/ monthly location specific time to fill data, reviewing data of origin of candidates/ applications hired and long term retention patterns.
*Acts as administrator for the Applicant Tracking and Recruiting Marketing systems. Updates data in production and test system as needed and validates.
*Maintains open lines of communication with Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
*Updates posting as necessary with direction from the Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
*Answers technical questions and assists in development of Recruiters, including training new Recruiters in the use of the Applicant Tracking System.
*Assist in developing effective processes and procedures for recruitment with Applicant Tracking System.
*Maintains accurate records of all requisition completion forms and job descriptions, including validating the job description sent is the most update version on SharePoint.
Minimum
Qualifications/Requirements:
*Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four:year College or university; and 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information
*Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
*Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
*Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must have a valid drivers license and be in compliance with the CCBCUs fleet policy
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
SAP experience preferred; previous experience in Success Factors a plus
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must be able to read and speak English
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to interpret large volumes of data
Strong analytical skills, problem solving and attention to detail
Must be willing to travel throughout the Company
