Learn more below.Function: This position will fulfill internal and external Commercial Banking client requests for service and will provide resolution for issues related to a broad range of bank services via professional, accurate and timely responses. May also serve as the day:to:day contact for large/complex Treasury Management clients with frequent service needs. Duties: Answer incoming phone calls, e:mails, and fax requests from clients, accurately, determine the actions necessary to fulfill client requests, and take timely action to resolve the issue/requestOpen accounts for commercial clients and ensure compliance with new account banking regulations as well as internal bank policies.Provide superior Treasury Management related (i.e. Lockbox, ARP, ACH/EDI, eAccess, and Remote Deposit, etc.) service to customers who have subscribed to TM products as well as complete routine account research, maintenance, and process transactions as requested by client (i.e. wire transfers, stop payments, check copies, book transfers, loan payments, etc.) Adhere to all policies and procedures regarding the same.Coordinate TM product fulfillment and implementation through interaction with the BRS Implementation Group.Research Account Analysis billing issues and make necessary adjustment entries.Manage (take ownership of) necessary procedures in conjunction with fraudulent activity on clientA?s accounts.Maintain ownership of research requests and provide timely follow:up with the client.Establish rapport and provide professional, continuous, open communication with internal partners: RMs, RSSs, TMOs, ATMOs, ICs, and Operations.Identify cross:selling opportunities and communicate sales leads.Special projects as assigned by management.Required Qualifications:Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills with a commitment to continuously improve the sameDemonstrate pleasant phone voice and dictionProvide evidence of excellent customer service record/scores and client satisfaction attitudeAbility to prioritize tasks to meet multiple conflicting objectives.Ability to recognize and recommend process improvement opportunities.A minimum of 2 years servicing external Business, Commercial or Wealth Management clients.Knowledge of Commercial Banking RequiredCollege Degree or equivalent experience.Fluent in Spanish helpful
