Applicant is applying for full time office position Downtown AL. Ramey Cleaning Inc need of someone to serve: office staff, field technicians, and consumers / clients on telephone and via email correspondence, while maintaining a positive and memorable customer experience. (Think WOW! service)

This position handles calls and guest from a broad range of prospects, professional phone etiquette while projecting a helpful attitude is vitally important.

We are searching for someone who posses' skills such as: multitasking, prioritizing, strong organization thinks strategically and can anticipate problems.

Someone one who can work well in a high pace environment when necessary, or whatever condition is called for at the time.

Our candidate must pass drug test, background check, and have high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Due to AL State law one must pass I-9 verification to remain hired with company after being employed

Company Service Rep Duties

Serves customers by answering questions on phone or via email, provides service options along with logging prospect calls or scheduling and booking jobs

Attracting potential clients to book by educating, saleing too, sending informational emails, packages, or directing to company websites and info lines

Keeps accounts receivable, customer data, company files, and records manicured and organized

Updating calendar and schedules

Answering up to 4 phone lines

Serving office personnel when needed, and providing field tech with invoices and customer information as needed

Logging / billing invoices, and collecting initial payments

Skills Required

Min 3 years customer service experience is a requirement

Type min 45 words per minute
Maintains a neat and organized paperwork of customer and office data

Possess the skills to be readily available to aiding managers, technicians and inspectors, both while on office property or not.
Up to date with modern software as well as previous experience with older.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel 2009 or later
Has the ability to clarify consumer's needs and concerns, and explain what our company can do for them
