CTS is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead experienced in manual, automated, and performance testing, who has a passion for solving problems. Take your talents to a company that inspires personal and professional growth and values your ideas.What you'll do:All QA consultants have the important job of ensuring that client quality expectations are satisfied by performing manual, automated, and performance testing on client applications in accordance with CTS QA methodologies. As a lead, you'll also Collaborate with team members to find better, more efficient ways of doing thingsLead on-site and remote teams in order to perform all aspects of testing: functional, regression, load and system testing, taking part in every phase of the Software Development Life CycleEnsure that all test items follow established change management processes and are tested and tracked using the provided test management softwareCreate system test plans, and software documentation including requirements, design, and user manualsSolve challenging business and technical problemsProvide proactrive guidance to junior engineers and participate in training classes, engineering reviews, and our mentor programGrow in your career, and enhance your technical abilities. Single. Day.What you'll need:The most important thing you will need is a passion for learning new things and solving new problems, because that's what we do! As a consultant, you will also need strong written and verbal communications skills to work with your team and with our clients. You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or directly related field, and at least 3 years of quality assurance experience. We're looking for a stong knowledge in all aspects of testing including manual, performance and automated testing. And if you have experience with HP Quality Center and TFS, that would be a big plus.Why CTS?Our people are our most important asset.
