Spire is looking for a Lead Compliance and Diversity posiiton in Alabama, Missouri or Mississippi locations. This position will develop, lead and implement strategic objectives that enable all employees to perform their best work. Responsible for developing and implementing strategies and policies for enterprise:wide Human Resources diversity, inclusion and compliance programs and management of HR policies, to enhance our strategies for engaging a diverse and inclusive workforce, strengthening the sense of belonging and community, accelerating the development of innovation capabilities across the organization, and ultimately making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.
Duties and Responsibilities
:Lead and execute our D and I plan that outlines all related initiatives, creating action plans and metrics to measure performance
:Responsible for managing all HR policies across the organization and working with the process owners to ensure processes are followed consistently
:Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate recruitment initiatives and efforts
:Facilitate training and information sessions for Diversity and Inclusion, Affirmative Action and Compliance Plan
:Work with Communications team to ensure the company's D and I philosophy is clearly communicated across all channels
:Serve as the liaison at social and community events
:Provide guidance for promoting and building a culture that values diversity of culture, skills and backgrounds
:Serves as primary contact for OFCCP and EEO audit reviews with legal and vendors
:Monitor and audit the effectiveness of the Affirmative Action Program
:Lead the administration and compliance of local and federal mandated employment laws
:Review and analyze EEO, AA, ADA and OFCCP practices to ensure compliance
:Manages submittals of required government annual reports (EEO:1 Reports and VET:4212 Reports) enterprise:wide
:All other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities
Required Education: (may include certifications, licenses and registrations)
Bachelor's degree required
