Our rapidly expanding technology firm is looking to add a helpdesk technician to its outstanding staff. If hired, you would be working directly with firm clients on networks of varying size and complexity.

This job requires a great attitude, professional appearance, solid work ethic and a desire to be challenged. You must be able to provide clients with an excellent service experience. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. Primary working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. To apply for this position, email your cover letter and resume to

Answer and respond to client requests via ticketing system, phone and email
Create helpdesk request tickets and assign to appropriate staff
Assist users with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software.
Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop equipment and software applications
Work with multiple computer platforms in a network environment
Ensures workstation computers communicate with file servers
Upgrade hardware and software
Troubleshoot issues with various backup products

Effective customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Working knowledge of workstation computers and other electronic equipment including, but not limited to, Windows, Macintosh, tablets, iPads, Droids, iPhones, etc.
Working knowledge of back office productivity software, installation process, and troubleshooting techniques
Basic networking knowledge
Experience with anti-virus, anti-spyware and anti-malware software
Working knowledge of desktop peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.)
