Job IntroductionThe Desktop System Analyst is responsible for managing help desk functions, managing software licensing compliance, functioning as the departmenta€ (TM) s purchasing agent, acting as liaison with other KAMTEK departments, supporting and training KAMTEK employees on the e-mail system, managing user ID and security clearance for major system applications, and providing some programming/report writing activities. Responsible for configuration, optimization and support for IP telephone services, VoIP, voicemail and PBX communication system, two-way radio system, cellular communications, and video. The Desktop Systems Analyst will provide level 1 & 2 support for PCa€ (TM) s, printers, and other general network problems. Major ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building, implementing, and managing development activities/requests while using effective management of time, decisions and problem solving. Responsible for continuously improving the content, design and technology of development projects through knowledge of current technologies and techniques.
