Job Description We are seeking to add an Order Entry/ Customer Service Rep to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, record keeping, and generic customer service duties. We are a small firm and operate accordingly. At times, you will be asked to do tasks that are outside of your day-to-day job. A positive attitude is paramount!! Responsibilities: Exhibit positive attitude in daily working environment Enter variety of data using current technology Prepare and sort documents for data entry Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes Review and enter data updates in the systems Review pricing/ product discrepancies in data received Advise supervisor of issues related to data Handle payments to vendors Invoice customers in a timely manner Coordinate project deliveries and installations Use problem solving skills when handling customer service related issues Answer phones Qualifications: Previous experience in data entry or other related fields (Proficient in Quickbooks, Excel, etc) Excellent typing skills Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Professional speaking skills over the phone Ability to handle/ find solutions when an issue arises with our customers
