Summary Job Statement
To ensure processing of payroll is completed correctly, including data entry, calculation, verification, processing and corrections, efficiently and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
:Utilize time management to complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
:Able to analyze information, data entry, have attention to detail, confidentiality, verbal communication and organization.
:Coordinating and processing various payroll transactions.
:Detail oriented and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
:Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
:Researching payroll errors/discrepancies.
:Additional duties, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
:Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two:year College or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
:SAP preferred, but not required.
:Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
:Knowledge of an advanced payroll system.
:Good communication skills, verbal and written/
Additional Comments
Successful candidates with our company must pass a drug screen and background check. (MVR/DOT Physical, if applicable)
