The Role As Administrative Assistant, you will be a masterful problem-solver providing support within the company. You are a people person, handling difficult task professionally with a smile on your face. If you sing the alphabet to file and organize like a boss this will come in handy as you will have a hand in many different departments - The Executive Team, Accounting Department, Sales, Marketing, Account Services Organization, Product Development and our Customer Success Team, specifically working on our semi-annual Net Promoter Score survey. The phone will be your best friend as you will provide primary backup support for answering and screening calls. Creating a great relationship with employees in your role will be in your best interest, because you never know when you'll need someone to help you understand why excel spreadsheets are complicated and how to totally dominate them. Remember, you will be a well-known face at Command Alkon so don't forget to be camera ready. What You'll Do Coordinate meetings and reserve meeting rooms using Outlook Calculate and maintain sales incentive plans Keep track of hotel nights for salesman Calculate commissions and quarterly reporting for the Sales Team Provide help to the Sales Team with various task Put your PowerPoint skills to use as you compile a wide range of presentations into one for meetings Handle confidential information with care for Operations Prepare reports, as needed Provide back-up phone and front desk support Maintain calendars for certain executives, which includes arranging meetings, conferences, and travel Who You Are 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant Experienced in MS Office, including Word, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Trained in MS Dynamics 365 is a plus A strong communicator, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Organized to a "T" Skilled in managing time efficiently Why work for Command Alkon?
