Learn more below.I. SUMMARY OF POSITIONSSupports the Life Insurance sales effort and serves the banking needs of customers by analyzing and testing the suitability of financial products. Has responsibility for sales goals and a client base from bank referrals as well as non:bank customers on life insurance products. Works to identify areas for improvement for performance in marketing of management methods and models, customer satisfaction and training. II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESA: Provides expertise to bank clients in all lines of life insurance A: Trains and motivates sales force to prospect and refer clientsA: Contacts prospect customers and supports the corporate:wide insurance sales effort by providing product support and directly selling to customersA: Analyzes customers needs and long:term goals, develop strategy plans, and tests suitability of financial productsA: Interviews customers to gather information concerning their earnings, financial condition in order to determine the appropriate consumer productA: Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clientsA: Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate formsA: Works in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director and Regional Investment Sales Managers to develop specific work plans to maximize insurance sales production in all marketsA: Identifies areas of opportunity and provides proactive feedback as well as ongoing coaching to sales staffBachelorA?s degree or equivalent professional experience A: Minimum of 3:5 years life insurance sales experienceA: State Life and Series 7 licenses, Prefer CLU/CFP/ChFC designationA: Must exhibit a friendly and helpful attitude along with the ability to interact positively with direct reports, district level executives and branch staffA: Demonstrate ability to coach the process of identifying needs and implementing an effective solution in a rapid growth environmentA: Ability to analyze sales trends, conditions and facts for maximum efficiency for all sales teamsA: Must possess an aptitude for solving complex issuesA: Excellent written communication skillsA: Good knowledge of banking insurance and securities regulations, legal and documentation requirementsA: Working knowledge of SharePoint and Google applications, and proficient in Microsoft Office desktopA: Willing to travel as the job requires, occasionally overnight
